WSM Employee Benefit Administrators are able to provide all administration and distributions in terms of funds, fees, commissions and investments. WSM are responsible for the full member administration functions, including:

Receipting and allocation of contributions per member.
Processing Withdrawals of members leaving the fund.
Allocating members with a 6-month contribution gap for tracing – we trace and contact the relevant member and advise them of their withdrawal funds and what is required for withdrawal to be processed.
Recognition of Transfers.
Section 14 Transfers when necessary.
